Quick, Friendly, and Professional Service

I recently purchased a Nissan Micra from this dealership and had a great experience. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, with no pressure at any stage.Dave and Stuart were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and, as it was my first time buying a car, letting me look around at my own pace without feeling rushed.The car did have a small issue when I first viewed it, but they got it fixed the very next day. They were also very flexible when it came to arranging viewings and picking up the car.I’ve had the car for nearly a month now and I’m happy to say I’ve had no issues at all. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this dealership for their excellent customer service and hassle-free experience.

Despite the car already having eight months MOT, David had the car tested again and provided it with a full year’s MOT. This is an example of the excellent customer service that Beechwood provides.

Top notch, friendly car sales

I contacted Beechwood Cars looking for a first car for my daughter. David was pleasant and helpful and not at all pushy. He had a small selection of good cars, which he allowed us to view and test. When my daughter choose a car, he explained the purchase process to her. The car had a couple of very minor issues (wheel balance and noisy wipers) and David arranged for these to be sorted immediately without question. There have been no further issues and my daughter is delighted with the car. I would absolutely return to Beechwood Car Sales for another car and I recommend them unhesitatingly.

Perfect Service

I don’t often leave reviews unless it’s exceptionally good or bad. Needed to buy another car, usually buy from Arnold Clark but after reading reviews for Beechwood Cars decided I would give them a visit. I can say I was very impressed by their person centred approach, no pressure to buy which was a breath of fresh air, as usually you are hounded as soon as you go into a showroom. Stuart the young man I dealt with was absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable in his field, transaction was seamless from start to finish. I wanted a parking sensor fitted and Stuart arranged everything, he collected the car from my home address, got the sensor fitted and brought the car back, wow what a service. A few days later the car showed a light for low tyre pressure, contacted Stuart and once again the car was collected this time by his dad. Turned out to be a puncture, this was repaired and paid for by Beechwood Cars. Can honestly say I will never buy a car from anywhere else, passed on recommendation of this company to family and friends. Highly recommend Beechwood Cars their service was perfect in every way ???

No sales pitch, great car, no quibble repair of a minor issue

Left to view the car in peace without any annoying sales pitch. Questions answered honestly. Took for test drive. Very happy with the car. There was a small issue that came to light a couple of weeks later - Dave arranged for it to be fixed promptly without any query. That's what you are looking for - not the traditional attempt to wriggle out of it you hear of from some places. Hope to have this one for a good while, but when the time comes, I'll check out what Beechwood has in stock. Recommend.Graeme C

Highly recommended

I selected the car I thought I wanted from Auto Trader. When I contacted Beechwood, they could not have been more helpful or obliging. The car was absolutely as described, had been beautifully prepared, and was delivered for free! (This is a 12-year-old Micra, not a new, expensive car). Would definitely recommend.

Got a silver Corsa from here. It came with all the documents, which are sometimes missing when you first get an older car. Dave was very easy to deal with, as well as his son, who dropped off the car for a very small fee over 50 miles away, and was also very professional. I got the car very quickly as well with no delays. I was skeptical at first, as the last car I bought from a different place was a horrible experience; however, rest assured, it was a great experience here. 5 stars all round.

Bought a red Corsa from Beechwood Car Sales and it was a lovely experience. David even came in on his day off to allow me to view the car before deciding if I wanted to purchase it. The car was in a marvellous condition and has been running well since I picked it up.

Probably like many folk, I find buying a used car a rather stressful experience given the many potential pitfalls. So when it came to helping my son find his first car, I was pretty apprehensive. However Dave was an absolute gentleman and pleasure to deal with from start to finish. No high-pressure sales tactics! Just genuine, friendly and courteous customer care. I was given complete freedom to inspect the car without a sales person looking over my shoulder. This meant I was free to take my time and give the car a really good look over. The car itself was really nicely presented and has clearly been brought up to an excellent standard before being put on the market, which was incredibly reassuring and impressive. In many respects, the car exceeded my expectations. I really couldn't have asked for more and I'm very glad I made the trip from Fife to Glasgow, based on the excellent reviews and well earned reputation of this gem of a dealership. I've absolutely no hesitation in rating Beechwood a very well deserved 5 stars for a fantastic car-buying experience and when it comes time for my daughter to get her first car, Beechwood will be right up the very top of my list of places to call upon! Massive thanks to Dave for the great car and terrific buying experience. My son is absolutely delighted!!
